Before scheduling an appointment, a patient is expected to provide a valid credit card to be stored on file securely within the clinic's management system. The credit card will not be charged unless requested by the client or if the client doesn't provide sufficient notice of cancellation for an assignment. Tyler Pearce Massage Therapy expects payment in full on the day of the appointment. Cash, e-transfer, debit, and credit card payments may be made. Direct billing is not available and it will be the responsibility of the client to submit the invoice through their insurance provider themselves.

The information collected, used, or disclosed is necessary to meet the client's health needs or to reduce the risk of bodily harm. Clients have the right to access their personal health information and will be charged a supplemental fee should the client require a medical report written for their lawyer, another medical professional, or other third parties involved. Cancellation Policy

Tyler Pearce Massage Therapy respects every client's time and expects clients to respect the massage therapist's time. If a client is no longer able to attend their scheduled appointment, it is expected the client provides 24 hours' notice of cancellation. If there is a failure to provide notice of cancellation, the client takes full responsibility for paying for the scheduled appointment. Tyler Pearce Massage Therapy understands there are uncontrollable or unpredictable circumstances (ex. sudden sickness, death in the family, extreme weather etc.) and should an appointment be cancelled last minute due to an unpredictable circumstance, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If a client repeatedly cancels or does not show up for their appointments, they are at risk of being discharged as a patient and will be referred elsewhere per CMTO standards.
